Refunds & Returns

We want you to have the book you paid for, in good condition. If something has gone wrong, write to us and we will put it right — you will be dealing with a person, not a department.

Printed Books

Our printed books are made to order. Nothing sits in a warehouse; each copy is printed when you buy it and shipped to you.

If your book arrives damaged, misprinted, or it is the wrong title — tell us within 30 days of delivery and we will send a replacement or refund you in full, whichever you prefer. You do not need to ship the book back. Returning a printed-to-order book costs more than reprinting it, so please keep it or pass it on to someone who will read it. A photograph of the problem is all we need.

If the book arrived fine but you have changed your mind — contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will refund the price of the book. Because the copy was printed specifically for your order, we are not able to refund the original shipping, and return postage would be at your expense — in most cases we would rather you simply keep the book.

If your order never arrived — let us know and we will track it. If it is genuinely lost, you get a replacement or a full refund including shipping.

Class Kits and Bulk Orders

Class kits follow the same terms. If a shipment arrives short, damaged, or with the wrong quantity, tell us and we will ship the difference at no charge.

Ebooks and Digital Downloads

Ebooks are delivered the moment your payment clears, by a private download link emailed to you. Because the files are yours immediately and cannot be returned, digital purchases are not refundable once the files have been downloaded.

That said, we will always refund a digital order in these cases:

• The download link never arrived or would not work, and we could not fix it
• You received the wrong title
• The file is corrupt or will not open on a standard reader
• You bought the same title twice by mistake

If a download link has expired or you have used all of its downloads, that is not a reason to ask for a refund — just write to us and we will send you a fresh link at no cost, for as long as we are publishing.

Free Resources

Anything offered free — printables, teacher notes, slide decks, reading guides — carries no charge and therefore no refund. Take them, use them in your class, and pass them on.

Books Bought Through Amazon

If you bought one of our titles on Amazon rather than here, Amazon handles that order and their returns policy applies. We have no access to Amazon orders and cannot refund them. Please go through your Amazon account.
